79th Independence Day Celebrations

79th Independence Day Celebrations

The 79th Independence Day was celebrated in the college on Friday, 15-08-2025. The program started at 9:00 AM in the college premises.

First, the students of the college’s NSS band set welcomed the secretary of the Institution, Nalini D’Sa, and the Principal, Ullas E. G., with the sound of  band set.

The National flag was hoisted and saluted under the leadership of the secretary of the institution, Nalini D’Sa, the principal, Ullas E. G, and the office bearers of the student union. Then the National Anthem and the State Anthem were solemnly sung by everyone.

II B.C.A student Jarnain Banu, III B.Com student Puneeth P.M, I B.C.A. students Suha Fathima and Vismaya H.V. delivered inspiring short speeches on the lives of the fighters who sacrificed for the country, the path to Independence, and the duties of responsible citizens.

Students presented patriotic songs, dances, and plays reflecting the events of the freedom struggle.

The faculty, staff, and all the students of the college played a major role in making the program a success.
